Based on LPG gas operated water heaters with hot
water circulation, the heated water goes throughout
the whole pack of “under work” cylinders. The
Andromeda Gas Tech Cylinder Heater heats the
cylinder, ensuring that it reaches the necessary level of
temperature to evaporate the liquid gas housed within,
at the correct pressure level. This heating process is
done via the gas itself, and information on gas flow, gas
pressure, gas temperature, and how much gas is
remaining in the cylinder, are reported to the gas
company and the end customer, in real-time, thanks to
the Andromeda Automatic Changeover and
Transmitter.

Gas Pulse Meter

We use an on-shelf existing pulse gas meter (like DMiT)
and connect it to our Transmitter. The Andromeda Gas
Pulse Meter solution records and transmits the volume
of gas via an interface formatted for the gas company’s
computer systems, allowing for better management of
each end customers’ gas consumption, for
maintenance and billing purposes. Integrated
software solutions include an AI leak indicator and
direct communication between gas companies and
end customers, via a dedicated mobile application.
Extra-long battery life helps to ensure reports and
alerts always deploy on time.

Operation
The Andromeda Gas Pulse Meter is a volumetric-based
meter that creates an electric charge, with every 10
liters of gas consumed. This pulse is transmitted using
a wired connection to the nearby Andromeda
Transmitter, which is capable of keeping tabs on
several gas meters installed in a given area. This pulse
is then sent straight to the cloud, for storage and
analysis, so that they can be reported to the gas
company, enabling revolutionary remote monitoring
of each end customer’s gas consumption, in real-time.

A unique patent for extra-long battery life and compatibility with
LPG cylinders enable the Andromeda Gas Tech Automatic
Changeover to consistently be used to supply gas to end customers
in multi-customer commercial units, multi-family apartment living,
and private use, by single residential or business customers.

Operation
Automatic Changeover transmits precise critical information on the
following key gas cylinder metrics: gas pressure, gas flow in each
group being used, and total quantity of gas supplied – for each group
of cylinders, based on pressure, temperature, and flow data thats
collected, in real-time. Additionally, alerts are transmitted when
cylinders and batteries need to be changed, as well as after cylinder
groups have been replaced.
